NE.091311.MERTENS.JLK(cq) "What are your thoughts about the town of Chapel Hill considering a ban on all cell phone use while driving ?" I just got a car with Blue Tooth built in so I would be compliant with the law. I would be highly annoyed if the Chapel Hill ban is more aggressive. Hands free talking on the phone is OK in the car.
