NE.091311.QUINN.JLK(cq) "What are your thoughts about the town of Chapel Hill considering a ban on all cell phone use while driving ?" As a delivery driver this would hurt me. I must call the students before I get to my destination so that they can meet me because I can not go into the dorms. This law would mess with me being able to make money.
